End-User License Agreement

Effective date: September 30, 2026

This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs authorized use of the Solarnod Acc Agent application (the “Application”), operated by Solarnod LLC (“Solarnod,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Authorized use

The Application is intended for internal business use by Solarnod LLC and other users expressly authorized by Solarnod LLC. It is not offered for general consumer use.

2. Application purpose

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through authorized Intuit interfaces to support accounting review, reporting, reconciliation analysis, and related internal finance workflows. The current production configuration is designed to operate in read-only mode unless Solarnod expressly enables and authorizes additional functionality.

3. License

Subject to this Agreement, Solarnod grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Application solely for legitimate internal business purposes.

4. Prohibited use

Users may not use the Application to access data without authorization, bypass security controls, disclose credentials, interfere with the Application or connected services, or use the Application for unlawful purposes.

5. Third-party services

The Application may interoperate with services provided by Intuit and other third parties. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies. Intuit and QuickBooks are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. Used with permission.

6. Credentials and access

Users must protect account credentials and authentication factors. Access may be revoked at any time. OAuth access to QuickBooks Online may also be disconnected through the applicable Intuit account or application controls.

7. No accounting or tax advice

The Application assists with data review and workflow automation. Its outputs do not constitute legal, tax, audit, or accounting advice and should be reviewed by appropriately qualified personnel where required.

8. Availability and accuracy

The Application is provided for internal operational use and may contain errors or experience interruptions. Solarnod does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that automated findings will be complete or error-free.

9. Changes

Solarnod may update the Application or this Agreement as operational, technical, security, or legal requirements change. The effective date above reflects the current version.
